bx1 — Texture Comparison
Three atmospheric treatments on the same layout and content. Which background texture feels most like home?
A growing community on the edge of Perth, where the Highlands begin and neighbours look out for each other.
Bertha Park sits where the A9 meets the River Tay, a place where new homes meet ancient landscapes. Built from 2019, the estate has grown into a community of around two thousand households — young families, downsizers, first-time buyers, and everyone in between. The community hall hosts everything from toddler groups to quiz nights, and the walking paths connect us to Luncarty, the Tay, and the hills beyond.
The Residents Group exists to make Bertha Park a better place to live. We organise community events, coordinate with Perth & Kinross Council on local issues, maintain the community noticeboard, and give residents a collective voice. Whether it's a blocked drain or a summer barbecue, we're the people who make things happen.
